Snow Removal

The City of Aurora has not included Bel-Aire Estates in its snow removal plan for streets. The HOA contracts with a landscape maintenance provider for snow removal firm to plow our streets on a storm by storm basis, but generally when we receive snowfall greater than 8 inches.  Also, snow removal on the sidewalk along Quincy Avenue will be performed for most accumulating snowfalls on the sidewalk along Quincy Avenue.

The City of Aurora snowplows should not be using our neighborhood as a shortcut between Hampden and Quincy Avenues.  If you see a City snowplow in our neighborhood, please report the sighting to any member of the Board of Directors or management@belaireestates.com.
