On October 22, 2013, the HOA Board held a meeting to which all owners were invited for the specific purpose of discussing the current language in the HOA Declarations and Covenants regarding the annual dues assessment and also for discussing the reserve analysis. At that meeting, approximately 20 homeowners were represented and a variety of suggestions were offered.
Due to scheduling conflicts, the Board has been unable to hold an interim meeting to consider these suggestions and circulate a draft amendment to the Declarations and Covenants prior to the previously scheduled November 20 special meeting of homeowners. As a result, the Board has decided to cancel this meeting until further notice. A copy of the letter sent to all homeowners regarding this cancellation can be found here.
