Annual Meeting of Homeowners - Thursday, May 16th

The Annual Meeting of the Bel-Aire Estates Home Owners Association will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the upstairs banquet room of the Meadow Hills Golf Course Restaurant at 3609 South Dawson Street in Aurora, Colorado. You can find the Annual Meeting packet, which includes a meeting agenda, a budget for 2013-2014, information regarding our annual dues assessment, and a voting ballot/proxy for the meeting, by clicking here.

We hope that all homeowners can join us on May 16th, but please take advantage of voting by proxy if you are unable to attend.

Coyote Mitigation

The Bel Aire Estates Board of Directors is working with surrounding property owners to discourage coyotes from building dens in our neighborhood this spring.  Please report any sightings of coyote dens or den preparation activity to any member of the Board for follow-up.  Thank you for your vigilence and assistance in helping us to reduce the problems associated with coyotes in our neighborhood.

2012-2013 Snow Removal Plan

The HOA has entered into a snow removal contract with our landscape maintenance company for the 2012-2013 winter season to plow the sidewalk along Quincy.  As in prior years, the streets in our community are not included in the City of Aurora's snow removal plan.  The HOA's private snow removal contract calls for the streets to be plowed when the snow depth exceed 8 inches.
